Hayley RaShel Porter (born March 26, 2003), known professionally as Hayley RaShel, is an American  Singer, Songwriter, and Actress from Ridgeland, MS.  She is currently an unsigned Artist studying Music and playing Volleyball at Tougaloo College while working on her craft in the studio as often as possible.  Hayley RaShel is a member of ASCAP, she began composing songs (with her Father's tutelage) when she was just 8 years old.  Singing and Writing has been a means of therapeutic expression and communication since her early teens.  Her dynamic vocal tone extends from a soft croon to a raspy, full-throated roar.  Hayley RaShel is skilled at controlling a three-octave vocal range.  She credits family and several artists as her inspirations, but two of the most influential are Jasmine Sullivan and Yebba!
